The japonese doctor and his Ferrari

When I started watching this video I thought "Wow a Gran Turismo first person experience video!". But it quickly became clearly that it was not the case. This 50 year old doctor from Japan only wanted to show his true skills with an (expensive) driving wheel. Wait a second! He has a Ferrari 458 and a crappy camera? Can't understand this one. Anyway, the Police saw this video too and they decided to act since the car was circulating at great speeds.
